Went riding in the snow today, and at the end of the ride, coming back through the meadows, there was a blessing of sweet light. I think my horse, GD, even appreciated it. Then on the way home, passing over the Clackamas River at Carver, I noticed the clouds taking on that dull orange glow and reflecting in the water, with Jupiter and a few stars visible as a bonus. The guy behind me beeped, ‘cause I was going so slow. So I stopped at the far end of the bridge, went back, and got a photo. Sharpness was an issue because vehicles going over the bridge set my tripod to vibrating slightly. And the clouds had lost some of their color in the time it took me, but still a nice result I think.
